主要从事无机等离子体纳米结构复合材料的合成及表征。主要研究内容包括无机氧化物纳米颗粒的表面改性及其光化学催化与传感的应用探究;手性表面等离子体纳米颗粒在化学传感、光热治疗上的应用拓展;手性金属、金属/半导体等离子体复合材料的光催化应用以及多维自组装纳米材料的合成、表征以及应用。在该领域以通讯作者和第一作者身份发表多篇SCI收录论文,包括Adv Mater、Angew Chemie、Adv Funct Mater 等国际知名期刊,总计引用500余次。2020年入选湖北省省级人才计划。主持湖北省自然科学基金1项。
